If you begin your subscription today, your first box will be the Holiday Car Care AutoBox. All of the holiday boxes will be sent out no later than December 20, 2018 in order to arrive in time for Christmas.
Every month, subscribers can access their AutoBox profile and select a box for that month. Updates and selections must be made by the 20th of each month, in order to ship by the 1st business day of the following month (with the exception of the Holiday box). If updates are made after the 20th of the month, the current month’s shipment will default to the prior month’s selection.
Shipping is $8.99 per box.

Any missing, damaged, lost, defective, or incorrect item(s) or boxes must be reported within 7 business days of your delivery date. Please contact the AutoBox team at email@example.com and we will assist you with a refund or having your items replaced.
As a monthly or annual AutoBox subscriber, you will receive a box of convenient, high-quality, hand-selected items and products for your vehicle.
Annual Subscription: Annual subscribers will pay $359.88 or $479.88 (before shipping, and depending on the box you choose for the annual membership) upfront for a full year of twelve boxes. You will not be charged for your subscription again until renewing at the end of the 12 months. Your subscription automatically renews each year unless you decide to cancel before your renewal date. Each month, we will email you before your order ships and allow you to change your box selection based on the options available for that month.
Monthly Subscription: If you choose to join as a monthly subscriber, you will pay $29.99 or $39.99 (before shipping, depending on the box you choose that month). We will send you an email 1 week before you are charged to remind you of the upcoming bill and all other details about your upcoming box. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you decide to cancel before your upcoming bill date. If you join as a monthly subscriber and later decide to be annual, you can upgrade at any time from your account profile.
Every subscriber will have an account profile on the AutoBox website where necessary changes and selections can be made each month. Some items you may need to access and update regularly include (but are not limited to) shipping address, payment information, selected box type, transaction history, or subscription cancellation.
Add-ons are some of our most-loved products from previous boxes, plus some of our new favorite things that you can include with your AutoBox order. You have to be an AutoBox subscriber in order to select add-ons, and they are only available for a limited time.
Since we are a subscription service, you must sign up for a membership and agree to AutoBox’s Terms and Conditions. All memberships auto-renew each month and you can cancel at any time.
If you sign up today for the Holiday Car Care AutoBox, you will be charged at checkout. Other monthly boxes will be charged the 21st of each month (after box selection has been made).
Annual membership: You will be charged $359.88 or $479.88 (depending on the box you choose for the annual membership) at checkout for your annually-renewing subscription. This charge covers twelve AutoBox shipments. Your annual subscription will automatically renew each year for $359.88 or $479.88 on the monthly billing date following your last purchased box unless you cancel your membership. We do send courtesy reminder emails before that renewal date.

Subscription cancellations must be completed before the next bill date. Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following month’s box. To unsubscribe from your monthly subscription, please email team AutoBox at email@example.com with the email subject “Cancellation” and briefly describe why you would like to cancel your subscription. There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle.
Annual subscription cancellation requests will go into effect at the end of the annual term. Annual subscriptions are prepaid for 12 AutoBox shipments and are nonrefundable. Any purchase of longer than a one-month term is non-refundable.
Sales tax may apply to orders being shipped to Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin and Canada. Any applicable taxes will be detailed in your AutoBox invoice.
Yes. You are welcomed to purchase a subscription for someone else. We offer monthly, 6-month or 12-month subscription gifting options. Simply provide your gift recipient’s email address when adding your choice to the cart. You will receive subscription information in your My Account page and your recipient will receive an invitation to accept the gift, and set a delivery address. The recipient will need to log in to the new account that was made for them to affect any changes. Optionally you can use their shipping address in the Ship-To portion of your checkout, to assure that they receive their first box successfully.
